When my family and I were deep in grief at the loss of my mother, Sue was able to help us navigate the emotional journey of dealing with the realities of sending her to a peaceful place. It was particularly difficult with the COVID 19 restrictions. Sue researched Mum’s history with non-invasive questions and with great sensitivity. The service was conducted with beauty, grace and professionalism and reflected the delightful, loving and talented nature of my mother.

When we met with Sue to plan the service, we felt that we could speak about our memories, thoughts and ideas freely and unrushed. At the same time, Sue provided lots of helpful input. On the day of the service, Sue skilfully combined what she had learned about our mother into her words of introduction, transitions, and conclusion. Her presentation was warm and dignified. We were very pleased with how everything turned out on the day.
